Led the redesign and implementation of pre-work for the Casualty New Hire School into an online curriculum within iDrive to create a blended learning experience that allowed students to complete their learning at their own pace 24/7. The classroom training time was reduced to 5 days as a result of utilizing pre-work and webinars.
